Warranty

BDEUS warrants that all our furniture are free from defective materials and workmanship. Warranty periods vary by product, commencing from the date of delivery and are defined in the table below.

If, during the warranty period, a product is deemed defective due to a manufacturing defect, BDEUS will repair or replace part(s), at BDEUS’s sole discretion. This Warranty covers the replacement or repair of any product or part of any product that has a manufacturing or material defect that is not the result of normal wear and tear, or a natural characteristic of the material used.


1. CLAIM PROCEDURE

Any claims will have to be emailed to support@bdeus.com attached with photos of defects, and order number.


2. LIMITATIONS AND EXCEPTIONS:

Proper care and usage are essential to preserving your rights under this warranty. This warranty does not apply if your BDEUS furniture is damaged by using detergents, abrasives or other harsh cleaning agents.

This warranty does not cover damage resulting from negligence, abuse, normal wear and tear, or accidents: including (but not limited to) burns, cuts, scratches, tears, scuffs, watermarks, indentations or damage from pets.

This warranty does not apply if product is used outdoors, unless specifically stated otherwise.

Any product modification by consumer or other parties not authorized by BDEUS will void this Warranty.

This Warranty does not cover items marked as ‘AS-IS’ or any form of Display items at the time of purchase.

This Warranty does not cover items not purchased directly from BDEUS.

BDEUS’s decision on all issues relating to complaints regarding defects, either of workmanship or materials, shall be final and conclusive. Any decision to repair or have part(s) replaced shall be at BDEUS’s sole discretion.

Any item repaired or replaced under this limited Warranty will be covered by the limited Warranty for the remainder of the original warranty period only.

This Warranty covers in respect of manufacturing defects detected within the warranty period, the cost of material components, replacement parts, labour and transportation charges.

In respect of manufacturing defects detected after the warranty period, the cost of material components and replacement parts, with all labour charges and transportation costs (if any) are to be covered by the Purchaser.

Lighting and other Electrical Accessories 1 Year Limited Warranty
Mattress 10 Year Limited Warranty with exclusions:
Mattress fabric (including stains, burns, pilling, or loose covers)
Normal body indentations
Issues relating to comfort choice, ie the mattress is too firm or too soft. Comfort is subjective to the individual and are not considered a manufacturing fault.
New bed smell/odour

4、This warranty does not include the following:

1. Personal preference.

2. Physical abuse or damage to the structure and/or covering material, including but not limited to burns, cuts, tears, liquid damage or stains; provided that the defect is caused by such abuse or damage.

3. Damage caused by commercial use, such as in a hotel or shop.

4. Any damage caused by wear and tear due to washing and normal use.

5. The mattress sold as "as-is", "preconditioned", "reconditioned", "used", "comfort return", "returned", "previously owned" or any other similar terms, indicating that the mattress is not "new" or of "first quality", or has previously been purchased or used by another consumer.

6.Our products are made of high quality friendly and healthy materials. Any material has a process of wear and tear. Damage caused by pet teeth or claws is not covered. Please understand.  

7.If you need to modify the product size, color, or return after placing an order, please contact us by email us (support@bdeus.com) within 24 hours . After 24 hours, the costs incurred by the return or the change of the goods should paid by the buyer, the specific amount of shipping costs refer to Fedex or UPS logistics provider fee standard.

8.For our basic consumption products, such as bed sheets, pillows, mattresses, pet deds,no-quality issues customer returns need to bear the freight. Hope you can kindly understand.

9. In the event of a Defect and in order to get the benefit of this warranty, you must return your product to BDEUS and provide BDEUS with a picture of the damaged product and proof of the original purchase date of purchase. Should shipping costs be required to return your product, you will not be responsible for those costs.

Evidence of defects and any claims must be sent to the address specified at the end of this warranty.
