Returns & Exchanges

If you’re unhappy with your purchase, we’ll find a solution for you. Most of our products can be returned or exchanged within 100 days. Returns will be refunded in the original payment method or store credit. We do our best to make you comfortable, because let’s face it, you're the best.

We're bummed if you're not 100% satisfied with the items you received, and we gladly accept returns within 100 days of paid for most items in new condition .

 

1. Please contact Customer Service on our site (support@bdeus.com), indicating the item(s) you would like to return and the reason.
2. After receiving return instructions from us, please package up the item(s) to be returned with the original packing.
3. Drop off your package at the local post office.
4. Most returns are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your package. Returns will be refunded in the original payment method or store credit. We do our best to make you comfortable, because let’s face it, you're the best.Once your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email.

 

Return Conditions
1. You have 100 days to decide if an item is right for you, if you would like to return or exchange the item please contact us within 100 days of payment.
2. The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: pillows,sheet sets,pet supplies(pet beds).
3. Returned items must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that has been worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.
4. Items with non-returnable marks and free gifts cannot be returned.
5. We do not accept returned items that have been sent back without proper returns requests.
6. We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned to us. The returns will be made at your own cost.
7. Please be sure to double-check your returns before shipping them out. We are not responsible for the return of non-BDEUS products .
Note: The original shipping fee and Shipping Guarantee are non-refundable.

 

Return Address
Please contact our Customer Service via email support@bdeus.com if you wish to return any items to the nearest return address. You will receive a response as soon as possible.
Note: Please do not send your return to the address on your package. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.

 

 

 

Notice:

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) 
- Products with obvious signs of use 
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error 
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after payment. 

Refunds (if applicable) 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. 
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@bdeus.com. 

Sale items (if applicable) 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. 

Exchanges (if applicable) 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@bdeus.com and we will give you an adress to send back the products.

Gifts 
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. 

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return. 

Shipping 
To return your product, you should mail your product back to us.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
